⚡ Quick Applications

The quick application feature increases the chances of success of your job since it allows more professionals to apply for it without the need of having to complete all fields of the form. With just a couple of clicks, they can participate in your selection process by sending their email and CV.

When a candidate applies to your job via 'quick application' they will appear in the column 'Applicants' of your process. You will be able to recognize them by the lightning bolt icon (⚡️ ) that you will see next to their name.

You can activate this feature at any time: in step 2 of your job creation, from your job dashboard, or from the process view of each job.

👤 Manual imports

We know that managing recruitment processes is not an easy job. Especially when you receive external applications. That's why on Get on Board you can import applicants manually, so you can keep your entire process in one single place.

If you want to import applicants to a process, you can select the option 'Import candidates manually' from the Actions menu of your job, or within your process dashboard, in the 'Interested' column. There are two ways to add applicants: by sending the applicant's CV via email, or by uploading the CV directly. In both cases, the files must be in pdf format.
