We are happy to tell you that we have renewed the search experience of our Talent Database, using technologies to make searches more accurate, powerful, and to cover a larger universe of people in our database. In addition, we have incorporated a free text search, so you can go as far as you want to go with your searches. Finally, we have simplified the interface so that you can choose only the criteria you really need when making your searches.
With the new Talent Database:
- You will be able to perform free-text searches to find any criteria that may be written in the talent profile. Yes. Any criteria. Although we recommend using it to search for position names (e.g. Full-stack, UX Designer, etc).
- You will have the advanced search filters at hand where you can include technology tags or filter by country.
- You can also filter by salary or exclude people who have previously participated in processes in your company (and who are already in your company's database).
Talent Database is only accessible with an active subscription. Each plan has a monthly quota of invitations on Talent Database according to your recruitment needs. This quota is renewed every month and is not accumulated if you have not used it. Learn more about our Talent Database.
