If the problem still persists, check the error message. If it says "enter a valid value", we recommend that you check the salary range you specified.

Scorecards are assessment tools that allow you to evaluate applicants consistently, creating sets of criteria that will be scored using stars. Each scorecard can then be used in one or more jobs. 

On Get on Board, companies with a subscription plan have access to our Talent Database and can invite professionals to apply to their processes.
If a company sends you an invitation to apply to a process, it has access to a preview of your profile, which includes data such as name, LinkedIn or GitHub profiles, and portfolio, as well as all the professional profile information you leave on Get on Board. Contact details and CVs are not shown in the search results.

If you believe that a company does not comply with what is offered in their ad, you can use the report button, which is located at the bottom of every ad on Get on Board. Each time you report a job ad, we review the case, verify the veracity of the report, contact the company involved, and take the necessary measures to solve it.

No. You can cancel the automatic renewal and continue to use the account until the end of the cycle, as there are no refunds.

If your company needs to hire more than 5 tech positions per year, we recommend you to get a subscription plan according to your needs. This will allow you to economize considerably compared to individual unlocks. 

When you make a payment on Get On Board you receive an invoice in your email. In addition, you can access all your invoices or bills whenever you need them, from the menu on your careers page. To have access to them, you must have the role of admin, login to your profile, open the menu on your name ( upper right corner), and select the option 'invoices'. 

If you created a profile on Get On Board and want to delete it, you can do so under "edit your account" by selecting the option "delete your account completely". This action cannot be undone and you will lose all the information you have saved, including your applications, CV, experience, etc.  

Immediately nothing. You can continue to enjoy the benefits of your plan until the plan period is over. When that time comes, you will not be charged for the renewal and you will lose access to the plan.

Immediately, that's why you pay a pro-rata, so you can enjoy your new plan straight away. In the next billing cycle, you will be charged the full value of your plan.

Don't worry. If you deleted an application by mistake you can recover it 😉.
We recommend you to first check 'Your Applications' and search for the job you want to recover. Once you find it, click on it and select the option 'Recover application'.
In case you do not find the job, send us an email to info@getonbrd.com or write to our chat to make the recovery request. Once the request is submitted, your application will be reinstated within 72 business hours. 

Get on Board does not intervene in the processes that are published, so each company is responsible for notifying professionals whether or not they have been selected for a job. 

If your payment is rejected, Stripe, our payment platform will keep trying a couple of times. If the transaction still cannot be completed, you will receive an email asking you to update your payment methods in your account.

When you apply for a job through Get on Board you can send messages to the company. To access this option, you must go to "Applications", then - once you select the application at the company you want to contact - you will see the "messages" tab, where you can write to them and ask all the questions you need. 

Refreshing the date of a selection process means that the publication date of your ad is updated to the day you refresh it. 

If you choose a subscription plan and your company's recruitment needs increase, you can upgrade to your plan. To do this, you should write to info@getonbrd.com and we will contact you from our sales area, who will explain the steps to follow. 

On Get on Board, we send you emails with job offers that relate to the preferences you specify when looking for a job. You can change these preferences as often as you like.

When you create your Get on Board job ad, the salary you specify is compared to a minimum value. This minimum value is calculated based on several factors: job title and category, technologies and skills required, job location, and experience level.

When you create a job on Get On Board, our algorithm identifies the keywords of your ad and generates tags to facilitate its search with professionals. Also, tags help us determine the minimum salary range required for the job you are posting. 

If you posted your job on Get on Board and forgot to check it, after 15 days you will receive a notification that your ad will be unpublished.

When you post a job on Get on Board and have not yet purchased a publication or a subscription plan, your job will receive applicants, but it will remain 'locked', i.e. you will not be able to access all their contact information.  To access the applicants' information, you must buy an unlock or purchase a subscription plan. 

When you close a process in Get on Board you can reopen it keeping all the information only if the job is less than 4 months old.

On Get on Board, users can have different roles, and there is no limit to the number of users. Learn more about each role's permissions here.

The ways available to pay depend on the type of purchase you want to make on Get on Board, and it can be by credit card or wire transfer (only for USA, Chile, and Peru).

By activating Boost, you will refresh the publication date of your ad as many times so that it is published with the date on which you activated Boost. 

No, you don't have to pay to browse jobs on Get on Board, it's a free service for professionals who are looking for IT-related jobs. To find a job on Get on Board, you just need to register, complete your profile, and start searching and applying.

On Get on Board, all full-time jobs posted must specify a salary, which can be hidden from public view if you have a subscription plan.

By subscribing to a plan you have access to a number of benefits that are not available in more basic plans. If you decide to change to a cheaper plan, there is no refund and the change of plan is immediate. You will be able to renew to a lower plan at the end of your current plan period. 

Our algorithms detect and weigh hundreds of different signals from activity in our platform. This allows us to build a "heat map" of each candidate. 

Get on Board specializes in IT-related jobs, so to post jobs on Get on Board it is ideal (but not restricted) that your company belongs to one of these industries. 

Once you create your ad, the URL cannot be modified. You can edit the title and content of the ad, but the link will remain the same as the original one. 

If you wish to delete your company's account, you must request it formally by writing an email to  info@getonbrd.com. The request must be sent by an account administrator, from the same email that was used when the company was registered on Get on Board. 

In the heading of each phase, you will see a menu with an option called "Send bulk messages to candidates". 

If you have a Get on Board subscription plan, you can access Talent Database, from where you can invite the professionals that interest you directly to your open selection processes. 

On Get on Board, every company has a "Work with us" page, instantly, free, and easily customizable. This page contains your company profile (logo, description, website, and other information), and all the active jobs you have on Get on Board.
Only the administrators of a company account can modify this information. If you have administrator permissions, go to the menu with your username (on the desktop it is in the upper right corner), and select "Edit your company name profile".
