If professionals have already applied to your jobs, they will be unlocked in your applicant pool, so you won't spend credits inviting them.

Once a job is approved, our algorithm will automatically recommend 50 profiles that best match the profile you are looking for.

If you wish to post a job confidentially simply select the 'Post as confidential' option under your job title in step 1 of job creation. 

Boost maximizes your job's visibility and reach in Get on Board. Read more to learn about what Boost does and how to activate it.

When you post a job on Get on Board, you must consider different factors that will impact attracting applicants, such as seniority (junior, senior, etc.), whether the salary is visible or not, among others. Here we share some tips to increase applications for your job.

Select the option 'invitations' in the left menu. There you will be able to see the status of the invitations sent through Talent Database, an exclusive benefit for subscription plans. 

Once the professionals accept the invitation to apply for your job, they will be able to contact you after sending their application via 'Messages'.

If you have a Get on Board subscription plan, you can access Talent Database, from where you can invite the professionals that interest you directly to your open selection processes. 

To invite new users you must have an admin role, the other user roles do not have the faculties to add or remove users. If you are an account administrator, you must click on your name and go to the option "add more users to your account", then enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click on "send invitation".

If your company has a presence in more than one country, you do not need to create an account for each one. 

Pay for a job posting on Get on Board gives you full access to the candidates' information and allows you to use all the functionalities of our Kanban applicants' administration board. Purchasing Boost is in addition to pay for the job posting; it is a way of boosting an already unlocked ad to provide more visibility and send personalized invitations to our Talent Database.
