When you post a job on Get on Board, it is very important that you manage the process within the platform and communicate with applicants throughout the selection process. 

When a process is duplicated, a clon of your job will be published, with a clean selection process, that is, without the information of the professionals who initially applied.

Closing a process on Get on Board lets candidates know that you are no longer looking for candidates for the position, and organizes your board internally so that old processes are no longer present. 

When you close a process in Get on Board you can reopen it keeping all the information only if the job is less than 4 months old.

Get on Board's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) provides you with general and detailed data on each and every one of your recruitment processes.

Boost  will not be available in the following cases:

• If your job is older than 3 months. In this case, we recommend that you close that process and relaunch it as a new process. 
• If your job is not unlocked. In this case, you must unlock your job first before purchasing Boost.
• If Boost is already active and within the 14-day period.

At Get on Board, you can only refresh the date of your job postings if you have Pin or Boost active and you have a subscription plan. You can refresh the date as many times as you like while the Pin or Boost is active. This option is not available for regular jobs.

On Get on Board, an unlock or "unlocking" a job is equivalent to purchasing a publication. 

Yes. You can activate Superpower AI on both new jobs and jobs that are already published, as long as you have an available AI slot in your plan.

On Get on Board you can reopen jobs that you have unpublished and that are less than 4 months old. If it's older than 4 months, you won't be able to reopen it

If you posted your job on Get on Board and forgot to check it, after 15 days you will receive a notification that your ad will be unpublished.

As many as you need! On Get on Board, there is no limit to the number of users of your company that can access the platform. There's no need to share one single account among several people.

To enable full integration of your Lever ATS account with Get on Board, including automatic candidate exports, you need a Lever Data API key (v1).

Steps to Get a v1 API Key:

1. Log in to your Lever account
   • Go to Settings → Integrations and API
   • Click on the API Credentials tab
2. Create a new API key
   • Click on "Create new API key" or similar button
   • Give it a descriptive name (e.g., "Get on Board Integration")
   • Select the required permissions:
     • Read job postings
     • Create opportunities (candidates)
     • Read opportunities data
3. Copy and Save Your API Key
   • Important : Copy the API key immediately and store it securely
   • You won't be able to see it again after closing the dialog
   • Keep your API key confidential - it carries many privileges
4. Configure Get on Board Integration
   • Go to Get on Board's Lever integration settings
   • Enter your Lever site name
   • Paste the API key you just created
   • Test the connection to verify it works

Important Notes:

• API Version : All API keys created from the Lever dashboard are v1 (Data API) keys by default
• Authentication : Lever API keys use Basic Auth (API key as username, password left blank)
• Multiple Keys : You can have multiple API keys active at once if needed
• Security : Keep your API keys secret and confidential

How to Tell if You Have the Right Key:

• v1 (Data API) : Full integration support - job imports AND candidate exports ✓
• v0 (Postings API) : Limited support - only job imports, candidate exports will fail ✗

If you currently have a v0 key, Get on Board will show a warning during connection setup, but job imports will still work. However, candidates who apply through Get on Board will not be automatically exported to your Lever account.

In Get on Board you can import applicants via email directly to your selection process by sending the applicant's CV in pdf format. 

Pay for a job posting on Get on Board gives you full access to the candidates' information and allows you to use all the functionalities of our Kanban applicants' administration board. Purchasing Boost is in addition to pay for the job posting; it is a way of boosting an already unlocked ad to provide more visibility and send personalized invitations to our Talent Database. 

Superpower slots function like dedicated slots for each open job with active Superpower. As long as the job is open, the slot remains occupied.
