Get on Board has a partnership with LinkedIn Limited Listings that allows your jobs to appear automatically in LinkedIn job search results. This feature allows you to maximize your jobs' reach, while keeping all candidate tracking info inside Get on Board.
We calculate response times from companies to candidates according to three perspectives: global company response time, the response time specific of a job, and the individual response time per team member. Read more to learn about how these times are calculated and displayed in Get on Board.
At Get on Board we have created a modern ATS to facilitate your selection processes, however, we know that there are teams that prefer to work directly with their email inboxes. That's why when you post your job on Get on Board you can activate individual email notifications for each application you receive, here's how to do it!
When you purchase an unlock on Get on Board, you have a 30-day period to refresh the date of your job. Once that period is over, you will not be able to refresh it again (with the exception of a Boost purchase, which refreshes the date to the day of the purchase). This 30-day limit does not apply to subscription plans, however, jobs older than 6 months cannot be refreshed or republished.
When you post a job on Get on Board, you must consider different factors that will impact attracting applicants, such as seniority (junior, senior, etc.), whether the salary is visible or not, among others. Here we share some tips to increase applications for your job.
If you have recently modified your company page settings and share a job on LinkedIn, the cache may be saving the old version and the preview of the job may not match the current one (e.g. colors). To fix this, you should go to https://www.linkedin.com/post-inspector/ and enter the URL of the job to update it.
